48-Hour Cold Ferment
75% hydration sourdough, cold-fermented for two days. An airy, cloud-like interior under a shatteringly crisp crust. Craft that cannot be rushed.
Blue Steel
Rectangular pans from Detroit's factory floors. The same metal that once built cars now builds the Frico.
